i DREAM OF JEWELS stands behind the quality of our merchandise.  If  you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund within 7 days provided the merchandise is accompanied by your original receipt, and all original tags remain affixed to the merchandise.  Customized, sale merchandise and Fashion Face Masks and Face Coverings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization.  Please e-mail us at idojinfo@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization.  Once you receive a R.A. #, send merchandise along with a copy of your original receipt to address provided.  

 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  IDOJ  is not responsible for return merchandise while in transit.  Please make sure to insure your return jewelry for the appropriate value.  Once your return is received you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your jewelry.  Refunds will be credited to the credit card used 7-10 business days after receipt of merchandise.
